Ali Jaber of MBC Group & AUD at STEP 2019!

A content mastermind and an influencer in the media sector, Ali Jaber, Group TV Director of MBC, is coming to STEP 2019. He’s built a television station from the ground up, consulted for Dubai Media Incorporated’s revamp of satellite channels, and now in charge of MBC’s 20 channels. *applause*

But wait, that’s not all, Ali is also Dean at Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Communication at American University in Dubai (AUD)! *How does he do it?*

On top of all that, he serves on the Dubai government Council for Design and Fashion and has helped set up the NGO Young Arab Leaders (YAL), who are also #STEP2019’s ecosystem partners. In education, Ali has been on the Advisory Board of American University of Beirut’s School of Architecture and Design, in Lebanon, and in Dubai, Ali currently spearheads the government initiative to set up the Dubai School of Design, in association with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the New York based Parsons school of design and Fashion. Ali is also the goodwill ambassador for Sanad, the home hospice organization in Lebanon which offers free physical, psychological and spiritual support for terminally ill patients.
