Meet our new COO, Alexis Sworder

Get to know Alexis Sworder, our new Chief Operating Officer- COO!

We’re excited to introduce Alexis Sworder, who joined Step as COO. She has a passion for events and after studying Event Management, went on to work on over 40 events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Over the last 15 years, she has been involved in events across nearly every sector imaginable from F&B to traffic management, real estate, power generation, and even boardsports 🏄‍♂

Outside of work, Alexis can be found on a plane, exploring new destinations, or on the sea. She is hoping to soon get her captain’s license . Don’t be surprised if you receive a meeting invite aboard a boat!

Alexis is quickly immersing herself in the tech world and is excited to meet everyone that has supported Step over the years and contributed to its success.
