Throwback to STEP’s regional takeover in 2019

We saw over 8K attendees at STEP 2019 in Dubai and STEP Saudi and it was awesome! Here’s what went down:

STEP 2019 in Dubai hosted over 200 global speakers, 250 startups and 7000 tech entrepreneurs and enthusiasts at Dubai Internet City over 2 activity-packed days and there were surely a lot of firsts!

We had our very first STEP Show and Ali Jaber from MBC Group & AUD was on it!

X phone, the world’s first Blockchain-based phone by Pundi X, Porsche’s Mission E and more debuted in the UAE.

We hosted the first Volkswagen Mobility Challenge, and had a little spring break in Dubai with tajawal!

All the way from Berlin, Startup Night’s first stop in the Middle East was at STEP 2019!

From the US to China, leading investors, founders and digital influencers joined us.

300 top global startups showcased and met with mentors and investors. Congrats to Limink for winning STEP’s flagship Pitch Competition.

Another first – STEP Conference launched in Saudi Arabia! STEP Saudi hosted 50+ global speakers, 100 startups and 1500+ tech entrepreneurs and enthusiasts at Seven Moons in Riyadh. Here’s what went down:

The largest startup showcase KSA has ever seen. 150+ startups showcased, including the first cohort of MiSK 500 MENA Accelerator Program.

And Quizzito won the Pitch Competition hosted by Pepsi!
