ABOUT Step Saudi 2020

Step Saudi is home to Saudi’s best entrepreneurs, investors, creatives, and digital enthusiasts. The last edition of Step Saudi featured 4 content tracks, more than 100 startups, and 1500+ attendees. Step Saudi 2020 will be taking place virtually across 2 days on November 24-25th and will feature Step’s renowned program, exhibition, startup activities, and experiences.

REGISTRATION AND LOGGING ON TO THE EVENT PLATFORM

You will need to be a ticket holder to get access to the Step Saudi 2020 virtual event. The Hopin Event Link will be shared with you by email a few days before the event. This will be your link to access the Step Saudi 2020 event.

Timings on the Step Saudi 2020 website will be in Riyadh time, while Hopin timings will adjust to your time zone.

The Expo is where you will find tech and digital companies exhibiting, and startups showcasing as part of Step Saudi 2020.

NETWORKING

There are multiple ways to network during Step Saudi 2020. 

Through the Hopin Networking Room, you will have the opportunity to network speed-networking style. 

Other opportunities to network and connect with other attendees include:

• Connecting through the “People” tab that can be accessed throughout the event areas. You will be able to request meetings by connecting through this feature.
• Participate in the different chat rooms throughout the event. 
• Join the Session rooms and Expo booths to connect with other attendees, startups, and companies.
• Special roundtables and group networking will be hosted in the Session rooms. 
• Join Step Saudi experiences and Ice Breakers that will run throughout the event days.

Important! Setting up to go live and network:

To achieve the best results:

1. Find a quiet place in your home or office to use during the session
2. If you are outdoors (since you can join from Anywhere!), like coffee shops, or other public places, just make sure someone would be able to hear you so you can have great conversations properly.
3. Test your audio devices prior to going live with your session.
