Today, she is the Senior Director of Digital Planning and Data for PHD UAE, responsible for directing the agency’s digital and data initiatives and managing a growing team of over 30. Throughout her career, Charli has applied a curious and committed approach, offering her expertise in the digital space on both brand-and performance-led campaigns. Using her knowledge in areas of automation, Artificial Intelligence, programmatic planning, and the all- encompassing future of technology in media, Charli has spearheaded the agency’s service and structure redevelopment, as well as employee training programs to ensure PHD remains the agency of the future.
